Rules

Paradise Bot is a fair-play environment. These rules cover what's not allowed and what gets you banned.

Hard bans (immediate)

  • Exploit abuse - duping money, abusing race conditions, or otherwise gaming bugs in the bot's economy.
  • Selfbots / automation - running scripts that auto-spam commands, click buttons, or chain rewards.
  • Multi-accounting - using multiple Discord accounts to farm voting rewards, daily, etc.
  • Real-money trading (RMT) - selling in-game currency for real money is forbidden.
  • Harassment / abuse in the Paradise support server.

Soft warnings → temporary bans

  • Begging in non-beg channels for free money from staff.
  • Spamming the same command repeatedly to clog the bot.
  • Failing captcha (/verify) repeatedly leads to a temporary lock - fishing pauses for 5 minutes after a failed verification.

Fair play

  • One account per person. Alts will be banned (yours and the alt).
  • Bot uptime is best-effort. No SLA is guaranteed.
  • Maintenance mode can lock commands during updates - wait it out.

Refunds

  • Patreon donations are non-refundable. They support development; they don't entitle you to refunds for losing streaks.
  • In-game money lost in games is not refundable. That's how gambling works.
  • Bug-related refunds are case-by-case - open a support ticket.

Anti-selfbot

The bot runs random captchas, either on its own when your activity looks automated, or on demand via /verify. Failing or skipping these can flag your account.

How a captcha works:

  • Press Verify and type the characters from the image. Case and spacing don't matter.
  • You get 3 attempts and 2 new images per captcha. Refreshing the image does not give you extra attempts.
  • A captcha expires after 3 minutes. Answering impossibly fast counts as a failed attempt.
  • Using up all 3 attempts pauses fishing for 5 minutes, and ending the session doesn't clear that.

Reporting violations

  • Open a ticket in the support Discord (use /links).
  • Provide the offending user's Discord ID and screenshots if relevant.
  • Staff reviews reports manually.
